I am a psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Austin, a long time member of Divisiion 39, Founding President of Austin Psychoanalytic (which was then The Austin Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology), and adjunct faculty at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in Houston/Austin. In addition, I am a Fellow in and am certified as an analyst through the American Board of Professional Psychology of The American Psychological Association. My work has been published in Division 39 publications and I co-edited Psychoanalytic Reflections on a Gender Free Case: Into The Void. I have presented at local, regional, national and international conferences on topics related to the arts (especially film) and psychoanalysis, dreams, gender development and other topics and taught at several psychoanalytic training institutes.   As well as serving in multiple organizational roles in Austin Psychoanalytic, I have been President of several Sections of Division 39 and served on the Division Board of Directors in various capacities for several terms.

Currently my practice is centered on individual work with adults, however I have child training as well, and also offer case consultation and supervision.
